Behavioral Therapy for a Happier, Healthier Mealtime

Intervention that is child-led & assent-based

Sessions are based on their interests as starting points. Assenting to and approaching mealtime on their own while also being able to withdraw that assent is the first and most important skill necessary to achieve success in exploring food and mealtimes.

Grow their curiosity & confidence

Once your child’s preferred way of exploring is identified, hands-on learning with practical strategies begins so that your child is more likely to remain engaged stress-free. The more likely they are to engage with new foods, the more likely they are to try new foods!

Individualized Treatment

Teaching your child how to expand on what they like, feel comfortable around new foods, communicate their needs, and grow their autonomy.

Parent Support & Guidance

Finding solutions that further the family’s nutritional goals and bring the unique needs of the individuals together into one mealtime, allowing for more quality time together.

Team Consults & Workshops

Working together with a wide range of specialized clinicians to progress the goals of the family and community.
