Hi! I’m Rachael.
I'm your dedicated behavioral analyst, navigating diverse food journeys with compassion and expertise.
Mealtime is not just about nourishment; it's an opportunity for learning and connecting. When parents are stressed to meet their child’s nutritional needs and kids are stressed by pressure to eat, the enjoyment is lost. My passion is building curiosity, capability, and fun for your child and helping you create approachable environments, practical routines, balanced plates, and a way to connect everyone’s needs into one harmonious, family mealtime.
Inspiration
I have worked in the special needs community for almost two decades. I'm a board certified behavior analyst, licensed through Texas. In the early stages of my career, I had the privilege of working at a non-profit organization, providing behavior analytic services to families of children with autism and other special needs. This experience allowed me to witness firsthand the transformative impact that individualized, high-quality services can have in building the skills necessary for an individual to have more autonomy in their life, especially in the context of mealtimes.
